All our products are non refundable.
We will only offer an exchange if the product is the wrong size or damaged.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected]. We will send you the address where you have to ship your item to.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Received a faulty item?

Apologies from Goldness store if you have experienced any fault with your jewellery. Our customer service team would be happy to assist so please contact us before returning your item. Goldness will advise you of the next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item. A photo is always appreciated so we can speed up the process.

Our lifetime warranty refers only to product tarnishing, should you find any tarnishing we will happily replace the product for you.

When emailing us for a refund or exchange please include the following information;
* your full name                                         
* order number
* reason for returning the item(s)
* the size/item you would like to exchange your item for.
