What is the return policy?

14 days for exchange only, and no refunds! Only if items are damaged!

Is all your jewellery 18k gold plated?

Yes, all our Jewellery is 18k gold plated and non tarnish. We are the best at that!

How long will my jewellery last?

18k gold plated and no tarnish will last you for as long as you need it to last. After a long wear you should have a little bit of fading as that is very normal but not noticeable!

Does every items come in its own box for free?

Yes, all our items come in a beautiful box and individual pockets to keep them separated and avoid scratching.

What happens if one of my items breaks?

We are more than pleased to offer our jewellery a guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear. we offer a 30 days exchange.
