We offer many different shipping options for all over the world. The is a shipping cost when purchasing from us , unless there is a general promotion on shipments, shipping is free.

The customer must indicate the address correctly, if the address is wrong and the package is not delivered, we will not be responsible to recover the package. If the package is not delivered because it’s been lost in transit, we will be responsible to resend or issue a refund. There is a waiting time if this happens.

Once the order is processed and shipped, the shipping time will depend on the country to which it is made.
